  • Where are you located?
    Answer:

    The resort is situated in a picturesque area approximately 40 km from Tashkent. After booking, we will send you the exact address for your GPS.

  • What are your check-in and check-out times?
    Answer:

    Check-in — from 2:00 PM
    Check-out — by 12:00 PM

    Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

  • What is included in the accommodation price?
    Answer:

    Accommodation in your chosen room type, breakfast, access to the grounds, children's playground, gazebos, sports zone, and parking.

    Additional services (SPA, tipi houses, hammam, massages, etc.) are paid for separately.

  • Is there a restaurant?
    Answer:

    Yes, we have our own on-site restaurant serving national and European cuisine. Banquet arrangements are also possible.

  • What are your accepted payment methods?
    Answer:

    Cash (in UZS/soums), UzCard, Humo, Visa, MasterCard, online payments via link, and bank transfer prepayment for corporate clients.

  • Do you require a prepayment for the booking?
    Answer:

    Yes, a prepayment is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the booking type and date. The remaining balance is paid upon check-in.

  • Can I come by my own car?
    Answer:

    Yes, free secure parking is available on-site for guests.

  • Is the place suitable for families with children?
    Answer:

    Yes. We have a children's playground, a safe environment, and a special children's menu. A baby cot is available upon request.

  • What activities are available on-site?
    Answer:

    Our SPA complex (sauna, hammam, steaming/banya ritual, massages), walks in the eco-zone, tipi houses with individual programs, a bonfire and gazebo area, master classes, and seasonal events.

  • Are you open year-round?
    Answer:

    Yes, Rano Eco Village is open all year round: offering a cozy retreat with a banya and fireplace in winter, and an active outdoor season in summer.

  • Do I need to book SPA treatments or tipi houses in advance?
    Answer:

    Yes, especially on weekends and public holidays. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
